My Go-To Smoothie

My favorite milkshake in the ENTIRE world is a Reese’s milkshake from Baskin-Robbins. Vanilla, chocolate and peanut butter… what more could you ask for?! But lately I have been on a mission to find tasty and healthy alternatives. I haven’t had ‘junk’ food in 3 weeks, this is big news for someone with a sweet-tooth like mine! Last week I came across cacao nibs at Sprouts – this was a game changer! I decided to try out my own smoothie based on ingredients I found tasty yet healthy. I was hooked after the first one and now have this smoothie for breakfast every day!

It’s so damn good!

1 banana (fresh/not frozen)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp cacao nibs (for a chocolate crunch)

1 cup of baby spinach (you don’t taste it at all!)

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend away! Enjoy 🙂
